Same Day Pay 
 
You work hard to get to the closing table.  When you finally get there, you don't want to wait for your check.  Now you can get paid the same day as closing, and have your full check deposited directly into your bank.  Also, because of the direct deposit, there is no holding period in your account, and you can truly have cash the same day.  *Same day deposit is only available through our affiliation with TCF Bank.

Pay No Monthly Fees At All! 

Do you know any Real Estate Agents?  When you refer another agent to work for Community Choice, you get paid $32.00 per month for as long as that referral is an Agent.    Refer just 4 agents and your monthly dues will be $0.00

No Hidden Fees

There are no hidden fees at Community Choice. You will never be charged any transaction fees, office supply fees, or any other fee that the other companies can conjure up.  You pay only $128.00 per month, and $18.00 per month for E&O insurance.  That's it!  No other fees. 

 
Greater Detroit Area Agents
You have the choice if you want to be an active agent or not.  The fees are the same.  If you choose to be an active agent, you will need to be a member of the North Oakland County Board, and a member of Realcomp.  Realcomp covers most of SE Michigan including Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Washtenaw, and more surrounding areas.
